WHAT??? You are unable to interpret your own Terms of Service? That's entertaining by itself, but what does that have to do with whether or not you are SAS 70? Wow.

Thats only because they don’t have an answer for you. Most likely because the person reading the email is an idiot.
FYI, you need to blog more, and blog about more useful topics!

GoDaddy.com is a joke. I tried for days to get a simple answer to a question. and see what they respond. I responded with an angry email and they finally anwswered the question – which was “yes”.

Dear Cory,
Thank you for responding. We understand your concerns in wanting to have a clear understanding of our legal agreements. However, we are not able to provide any further explanation or clarification of what is written, therefore we suggest you consult with your own legal counsel if any terms of the agreements seem unclear to you.
Please let us know if we can help you in any other way.
Sincerely,

So did you get confirmation that GoDaddy is SAS 70 or not?
Thanks.
@Jeff – I did end up speaking with a tech at GoDaddy, and he informed me that they are NOT SAS 70.
I use godaddy servers for hosting shared and dedicated. Godaddy support is not acceptable anyway.
But, if you antend to use Godaddy Dedicated Servers I bet that you will have your worst nightmare. GURANTEED.
godaddy.com support sucks. I used to host my web site with them and one day server crashed and they lost all my files. it seems there support is based in india and indians are morons.
@max You should not use this king of language when you are talking about any Country, specially for India. India is going to be number one Country in this world .. just wait and watch.
Namaste World 🙂
