Aug 26, 2009 at 1:02 PM GoDaddy.com is a joke. I tried for days to get a simple answer to a question. and see what they respond. I responded with an angry email and they finally anwswered the question - which was "yes".

So just to be clear. the hosting account would include unlimited files across unlimited folders but with a max file count of 1024 in any given folder right?

Can't get enough of talking about servers um hmmm. Go pay 20k for one and then hire your own admin guy to manage it an update your site for you if you really want to run shit right. You get the tools from a company like GoDaddy but they arent' going to hold your hands on using all the applications that exist on that sort of technical level. You want someone that has server admin, DB knowledge and likely a degree in CIS or some programming language and you aren't going to get it from them or anyone else when they hire customer service people who like to play video games and show some promise in learning technical jargon. Shame on you for thinking you would have it all fixed in a jiffy with one little email to them. Of course they don't want to deal with your bs, if you were competent you would either know the answer, hire someone to worry about that for you or bend over by and get ass raped by Bob Parsons as he loads another ten peeps on a V ded and charges you 2k a year to use his box and pockets 800,000,000 this year. Can you say swallow that bitch to the GoDaddy Girls at the Christmas Party?? He Can. Nov 30, 2010 at 6:10 AM I use godaddy servers for hosting shared and dedicated. Godaddy support is not acceptable anyway.
But, if you antend to use Godaddy Dedicated Servers I bet that you will have your worst nightmare. GURANTEED.
Jul 20, 2011 at 7:16 PM godaddy.com support sucks. I used to host my web site with them and one day server crashed and they lost all my files. it seems there support is based in india and indians are morons.
